What If I need close to Full Market Price on the Property?

If you have a large mortgage, the houses is in good condition, or you think you should get close to asking price for the property, listing is the way to go.  I can help you list your property as I am also a licensed Realtor in Maryland, and often, that is the best way to sell your house when you are looking for the most money and the house is in decent condition.

I’ve been a licensed Realtor* for 28 years. Most of my listings are sold without the seller agreeing to fix anything, allowing you to sell the house in it’s present condition, even though it’s listed. I only work with Sellers as I’ve been a Seller hundreds of times and understand the issues and concerns of Sellers.  I would love to be your Agent.

What do I do next?

We have a few questions for you to fill out so when we contact you we will know better what price to quote you.  Call me or text me (fill out a form with details about the property).  I will ask questions about the condition of the property, and when you want to close. Then I call you back shortly after you contact me and give you an estimate of what I can pay for the property.  If you like that number, we can move forward together It’s really that easy.
