You pay no closing costs except anything that is owed against the property to the day of closing.  If there is any open water bill, tax bill, violations that will be deducted at closing from your proceeds.

I buy from out of state owners all the time.  We can discuss several ways for me to go in to see your property. The title companies, when it’s time to close, can send a notary to your house with the cash from the sale, so you can be in any state and not come to Maryland for the closing.

I try to get the Seller to tell me what they want first so I get an idea of the price you have in mind.

I will always try to figure out a way I can help you sell the property.  I can either buyer it or I can help you sell it as a Realtor.

Usually it takes at least 3-4 weeks to get title work for closing .  Let us know what your time frame is.  We can also wait 3-6 months to close if you don’t want to close at this time.  We are always buying properties, so we can close at your convenience.
